Once you have handed back in the gas cannisters, Captain Rusty will then ask you to bring her some Sapleaf. If you have completed the U for UMU and received your mount, then you will already have 10 sap leaves in your inventory. This will allow you to immediately turn in the quest. She will then direct you to talk to Scholar Finn before liftoff.
